Welcome to Surface Techies! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By scheduling a service, submitting an inquiry, or browsing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Surface Techies offers residential and commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a project is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our scope of work.
Scheduling: Appointments are made based on availability and confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment including credit card, check, and digital payments.
Late payments may incur additional charges and could impact future service eligibility.
To ensure safe and effective service:
Please remove any fragile or valuable items from service areas. Notify us in advance of any known surface issues (e.g., cracks, loose siding). Ensure water access is available and functioning.
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow these guidelines.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service and we’ll make it right. Results may vary based on surface age, condition, and environmental factors.
Surface Techies is insured and takes care to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces or property.Damage caused by customer failure to follow pre-service instructions.Natural wear and tear exposed during cleaning.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
